I am looking forward to being a part of the EDPY 401 class. I believe that this class will be very helpful in providing more understanding and developing more teaching strategies that will help me become a better and more effective teacher. I am looking forward to learning more about the cognitive theories, as well as the different types of teaching and learning practices. Furthermore, I am interested in learning more about learning/teaching environments. I am really excited to see the diversity of our class and to see the different backgrounds that the students come from. I believe that this will provide ample opportunities for discussing different subjects from different angles and each individual will bring a particular area of expertise and opinion.
